At Sparrow Homeschool, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below for hard-copy materials and digital products (PDFs).

Hard-Copy Materials

• Eligibility: We accept returns on hard-copy materials purchased within the last 30 days, provided they are in brand-new, resalable condition.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned materials, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
• PDF Downloads: If you have not downloaded any associated PDFs, you are eligible for a full refund on the hard-copy materials, subject to the above conditions.
• No Refunds on PDFs: There are no refunds for PDFs once they have been downloaded.

Hard-Copy Materials with Included PDFs

• If you purchased a package (e.g., Basic Kit) that includes both hard-copy materials and free PDFs, and you have downloaded the PDFs, you are eligible for a partial refund only for the value of the hard-copy materials.
• Example: If you purchase a Basic Kit for $90 (which includes hard-copy books and PDFs valued at $60) and download the PDFs, you may return the hard-copy books at your expense. If the books are in brand-new condition, you will receive a refund of $30 (the difference between the kit price and the PDF value).

Non-Returnable Items

• PDFs are non-refundable once downloaded.
• Hard-copy materials that are not in brand-new, resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
